"I moved here from South Florida in October the doctors I have seen on the two visits I’ve been here with my daughter have been great. What I find upsetting as a parent is not being able to talk someone about an issue with my daughter who was sick the receptionist sent me to an advice line. An advice line to which no one answers you leave a message with all the information. They ask for and they will call you back, a week later no one has called me and I even sent them a text through a service they provide and no one has responded. My daughter has gotten better thankful for that but that fact that no one called is upsetting it goes to show how they feel about their patients a 1 year old at that. Our last pediatrician in Fl had the receptionist take out info down and concern and I would get a call within the hour. Very unprofessional as doctors who practice medicine with young children and you are not important enough to even get a call back. They definitely have no problem billing my insurance company right away shows what’s more important at this practice."

"We began taking our 2 month old daughter here in September and we see Dr. Yates and are very happy with the care our daughter receives. Dr. Yates I very personable, relatable and knowledgeable. He’s very detailed in his answers to your questions and very good with children!"

"While doctors seems to be competent more or less and helpful, the whole system is outdated. Impossible to send an email to your pediatrician. Impossible to ask questions via messages or emails to get answers same or next day. Impossible to attach forms for daycares, schools, or travel insurances purposes via email in order to give it to them. 21st century is not in this office unfortunately."

He really takes his time to explain everything and talk through milestones and what we should be doing! I cannot recommend him enough! We love the entire team at Raleigh Peds Garner office. From the front desk staff to the after hour nurses to the billing staff and doctors, everyone has been so good to us! Everyone we have seen has been absolutely delightful and so wonderful!
