"I honestly never felt the disrespect of racism till I went to this E.R. I was treated badly by the nurses & the doctor. On even talked to me like I was a problem and did not deserve service. The doctor ( when he decided to come out was rude as well ) he just did not care. I left without being seen due to the treatment. Only the receptionist was helpful and not rude. Honestly leave your political beliefs outside of the hospital !! The hospital is a place for help & understanding not hatred. I would not suggest anyone black , white or purple depend on this location. Love yourself & your family cause these people could care less !!!"

"My RN was Marie J. She was a great example of a nurse. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything she did to me. Her experience as a nurse was obvious. One experience does not account for the facility itself. On the other hand, what we look for in hospitality is paramount when it comes to a visit to the emergency room. My hat goes off to you Marie. Continue to represent the nursing field with pride. I did the four star because the stay was lengthy. Otherwise it would’ve been a 5 star."

"Best care I have ever received in an urgent care setting. All staff from MD to techs were friendly, caring, attentive, and always advised on procedure(s) before being done. ER was clean, well lighted, and quiet. Definitely a 5."

"Can you give zero stars? Seriously, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are liars and will bill you for every last thing. Our situation was not an "emergency," but my husband has a hard time taking off of work with his work schedule. We needed a consult to get an ultrasound. I specifically called and asked them that if they thought it was necessary for him to get an ultrasound, if they could do it that day and in house. They said yes, no problem. My husband's blood pressure isn't even taken. They told him he needed an ultrasound, refused to do it and thus made an additional two days off of work. He wouldn't have had to take off that day had we known this would occur (his appointment with his PCP was after his work hours and we could've waited had we not been lied to). I filed a grievance and they listened to the phone call to confirm my statements. But still said they couldn't give him an ultrasound, and still charged us $500 AFTER insurance to simply weigh him and tell him he needs an ultrasound. This place is SO poorly ran; they do not communicate well with each other and their only response is "we will do better next time.""

"Our daughter was a passenger in a car accident and we took her here to be evaluated. We had to wait about 10 minutes to be seen. Once we were in the nice private rooms in the emergency department she was cared for very well. Including x rays. My only suggestion is possibly a coffee maker or place to get snacks for visitors with patients. It was early in the am and a very sweet nurse had mercy on me and got me coffee from nursing station. I really appreciated that since I ran out of the house from being woke up when I was informed our daughter was hurt in a car accident on the way to school. It was a very stressful event and we were there a couple hours. Best cup of coffee ever! Thank you. Lol Thank you for the great care too."
