"Staff was great. Waited a little because someone was training and they have a lot of entering of information that takes about as long as a visit. But the nurse was great!!!"

"The NP is a liar. I went there forestall health and she told me if i didn't find a doctor to treat me she would extend my leave from work. Unfortunately I hadn't found one yet, and she tells me I need to go to and Urgent Care or Fasted. Ironic how she can spend time discuss her son's issues with mental health, discuss what I need to do, but when it's her turn to come through with what she recommends it's not possible."

"I took my dad here after having a great experience with Deborah Ballard just the day before. However, there was a different nurse practioner there and the service was terrible. His appointment was at 2:30 it was 3:25 when she finished with her patient. We were understanding however, she then asked everyone in the waiting room what we each person was there for and decided my dad would go last and that first we both needed to be covid tested. She said to go to the testing area and that she would set it up. After 10 minutes of waiting in the car the nurse there said "well you'll be waiting a long time because she hasn't set anything up." A colossal waste of time."

"Came in for illness and had an amazing NP. She made me feel like my needs were heard, affirmed, and that I was okay. Never in my 21 years of living have I had an experience like it. Her name was Emily, she provided me many resources and comfort and a mask for while I was in."
