"I've read all the reviews on here and I am so surprised at all the bad ones because I've had a wonderful experience at Kid's Care Pediatrics. I've been taking my daughter here for about 5 years and I have been taking my youngest here for one year. I've always had a good experience. Kind and attentive staff. Nurses get back to me if I call in with a health question. The doctors have always been great. If I have a sick child, I just call in and they schedule a same-day appointment. The doctors have changed a couple times over the years, but they have always been great. I'm sad others have had a bad experience, but that just hasn't been the case for my family and I."

"Several times now I have been told a nurse would call to schedule an appointment...i was never called. Today was the last straw I called at 10 am this morning same old "a nurse will call" it's now almost 4 they close at 5 and I have yet to receive a call from anyone in the office."

"They have no clue what they are doing. They weighed our newborn wrong, forced us to the emergency room claiming he wasn't growing. The ER weighed him and he was just fine. Left us with a $14,000+ bill that they of course deny any wrongdoing. Will NEVER trust them with my children's health."

"At first I liked these guys. Then I just felt like who cares some people are sweet some are not. I am done now off to another practice that actually responds promptly. A pediatric doctor should feel like a part of the family not like you are bothering them when you are asking them to do something that is apart of the job."
