"The front desk and pediatrician’s office don’t respond even though my kid is an established patient. They don’t answer calls and don’t respond in time to the MyChart requests. I emailed the office manager and that person also didn’t respond. So when in need this doctor’s office is not reliable."

"Our kids have been going here for 3 years now. We love the front desk staff and Doctor Baler and Doctor Burch are awesome! They have great bedside manner. We can always call and get an appointment no matter when we call. We love UNC Pediatric! We recently moved out of wake county and refuse to find a pediatrician closer to us. We will continue to drive the 30 minutes it takes for our children to get the care that UNC Pediatrics provides."

"Today, I had a follow up visit with my primary care provider at UNC Holly Springs, Misha Raza, PA-C. I recently suffered a dehydration event on a Summer time run which landed me at Rex, UNC ER. Rex ER was astounding in their quick and professional care that they provided as well as the cardiology team which evaluated my condition. Misha Raza, PA-C reviewed my notes and quickly came up with a plan of care for me post my ER visit which left me extremely impressed. The front office staff were friendly as well and made me feel comfortable immediately. Not to forget, the actual office is practically new, modern, and sits strategically right beside both Rex ER, Holly Springs & Rex, Holly Springs Urgent Care!
