"Last visit had a 8:30 appointment to have blood drawn. Three other people got called in to see a doctor before me, one was a walk- in. Waited over 45 min to see nurse to draw blood. I have been a patient there for over 4 years. I have been having abdominal pains for 2 days so I asked to see a doctor. I was asked if I made an appointment and there was no doctor in. Seams like every time I deal with this this practice they find a way to piss me off. I think their Copay is the highest in the area. My first visit I was charged 87 dollar Copay when other people I worked with that they paid 25 dollar Copay for their Doctor Visits. When asked about the high Copay I was told it was due to the Urgent Care. Three month ago I was charged a Copay of 160 dollars. I would not recommend Tri City and Urgent Care."

"Hidden fees and headaches. I visited them once. But my wife got a 'no show' fee a year later for an appointment which we never booked. She was already going to a different clinic. I had an annual check up done which was supposed to be free if charge as insurance covers them, but they ordered a lab test not covered by insurance without my approval. When I call, they say that I have to contact the lab and my insurance to get it sorted and its a never ending loop as my insurance said that this test was unnecessary."

"They have just prescribed a penicillin antibiotic to my daughter who has only one allergy: penicillin-type antibiotics. We mentioned the allergy in both the patient form and directly to the nurse/practitioner who saw her. We also previously had the seemingly common experience of them "discovering" a due balance on our accounts several months later. Paradoxically, this is also the only place we went to that charges you ahead of time instead of sending you a bill. There is obvious, obsessive focus on getting the money first and then delivering not only terrible customer service (as evident by the experience of other patients here), but also negligent and dangerous medical care."

"I can deal with forgotten tetanus vaccine(having to use more of my time and gas, on my dime), Wait times(again my time is also valuable), and even $161 new patient fee(just because?). Being told I need a physical consult ($105) to discuss wellness checkup results(slightly high cholesterol but nothing else), a back office rude lady that tells me it is a business with #1 priority being money; ( as well as getting involved where her help wasn’t needed nor did she try to de-escalate once she started being foul. She also seemed to want the last word to treat me like a child. Explaining that it all started from a non direct comment about the cost for results she threatened to call the authorities. Poor CUSTOMER service. Avoid at all costs, which are abundant!"

"My family has been coming to Dr Patel in Holly Springs for 15 years. Obviously we have been very happy with the care we have received. The new front desk staff is outstanding! We have been very happy with the times we have had to be referred to the hospital or a specialist. We trust Dr Patel with our healthcare. We are very grateful for the excellent care from everyone at this practice including the laboratory staff. Thanks everyone!"
