"Brought my kids in for their first well visit and they really loved everyone. Two toddlers can be a lot in a doctor's office, especially during covid19, but the nurse and doctor were both so kind and understanding. They really made the whole process fun and enjoyable, even though both kids needed shots. The front desk staff were also incredibly patient. They helped me fill out all of my forms and were very kind to me and my rambunctious toddlers. I loved their old peditrican and was very sad to have to switch when we moved but the staff at Duke has made this transition smooth and very pleasant."

"Dr. Chang has been wonderful and very attention to the needs of my twins. Her office is very accommodating and the staff has always been very friendly. We are disappointed that she is leaving to another clinic, but will be happy to continue taking my children to this location."

The doctors and nurses alike go out of their way to actively listen to your concerns, thoroughly address any and all questions and interact with your children on their level, making them feel special and at ease. They realize just how meaningful the smallest of details are and they make you feel that they care as much for your children as they do their own.
