"Far and away the best experience I have had in a doctors office. Front desk person (I wish I got names) was kind and prompt. The nurse who took me back and gathered information was also incredible, personable, and knowledgeable. Dr. Hennion has a great bedside manner, smart, and transparent. Lastly, the person who took my bloodwork was a pro! 1 stick, friendly, and put me on my way. I was in and out (as well as the other patients that were ahead of me) in about 40 minutes. I didn't feel rushed, I felt heard, I just think these are great, efficient, professionals. Happy to have them as my primary care physicians."

"I see Dr Kilpatrick and he is always very attentive and gives me all the time I need to explain my problems. He is a great doctor with a wide range of expertise, whether you are coming in for a sports injury, checkup, or other type of problem he seems to be knowledgeable about all of it. He really listens to you and does every test or exam needed to diagnose and fix your problems. I always leave the office with 100% confidence that my issues will be solved. Every staff member is the office is extremely nice , from the front desk to the athletic trainers they all really care about not only your health, but are interested in your life as well. I couldn’t be happier with this office."

I have lived in the Cary area for 21 years and been to many Drs and can say the team here is the best, quick response’s ( David Mulkey!) kind receptionists, caring nurses , and a Dr who listens(so important) and really tries to help solve any problems , willing to try different tests etc to get answers! "I was just in this past week with flu-like symptoms. The staff were amazing, starting with the woman who helped make my appointment. She was kind and considerate and got me in as soon as possible, which I really appreciated. If I'm being totally honest, I've never been a big fan of the aesthetics of the office so I wasn't too excited to have to sit in the waiting room...but I didn't have to wait long. I was there maybe 3 minutes before the most wonderful nurse, Julie, came to get me. She was professional, efficient, kind, and comforting - essentially everything you want from a care provider when you're feeling as miserable as I was. Most importantly, she LISTENED to me. She explained the potential cost of getting the flu test, (which I appreciate), but listened as I explained about having 2 small children at home and needing to know if that's really what I'm dealing with, for their sake. Then came Dr. Crump who was just as professional and kind and who had clearly communicated with Julie (which is also awesome because who wants to repeat themselves 100 times when you're super sick?!). She understood my reasoning for the test, and instead of just treating my symptoms, she did a thorough exam...which is when she noticed the spots on my throat. Turned out I didn't have the flu, but I tested positive for strep. If she hadn't done her job properly; been thorough and patient, this could have ended differently and I may not have gotten the treatment I ultimately needed. I am incredibly pleased with the care I received at this practice and want to say "thank you" to the wonderful staff there who helped me!"
