"My wife and I were in need of some new or used vehicles here recently, and there was a vehicle at Harris cars Inc. that peaked our interest. It was the weekend and they arranged for a test drive on a Saturday when they were closed Misty, at the Lancaster office met me and my family at the location and was really professional, allowing us to take a test drive on her day off. My wife and I were interested in the vehicle and because of that Misty arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to the Matthews location so that he could be more convenient. Because of this, my wife and I were immediately impressed with the service that we were given. This was a major selling point in the companies favor. The vehicle was delivered to the Matthews location so that I could take it to my mechanic in Matthews for a bumper to bumper inspection before purchasing and Stephen was exceedingly professional to allow me the privilege to have my own mechanic look at the vehicle, as well as test, drive it one or two more times before making a decision. We bought the vehicle yesterday after a quick and swift price negotiation with Stephen allowing us to get out of the door within 30 minutes. I can’t say enough about the way we were treated at Harris car, Inc., Mr. Thomas, my initial contact. Misty, like I said, came on her day off and open up the Lancaster South Carolina office to allow my family and I to test drive the vehicle on the weekend. "We recently purchased a Toyota Sienna which was in mint condition and loaded with features. We have searched for months for the right van for the right price and we found Harris Cars and was so impressed with their staff and response time. They sent pictures since we live an hour from their location, spent time on the phone with them reviewing everything before making the drive over to see it in person. Once my husband and son arrived they had the van ready for them to drive, informed them of all the checks they had performed on the vehicle and were so accomodating while I processed the loan with our bank. They waiting until I could be dropped off to drive the van home which was after their closing time. Small town shops have always scared me until I meet Frank and Stevan and they were fantastic!!
