Dunkin'

"I was picking up 2 cartons of coffee that were ordered the day before and paid for. They didn't have the order ready. I ordered 2 sandwiches and some munchkins to go with the coffee. It took 20 minutes for the munchkins, 35 for the first sandwich, 60 minutes for the coffee and the second sandwich. They had 2 other customers inside and a couple in the drive thru. It was ridiculous."

"Tried their new Red Velet Donut, Pink Velet Macchiato, and Pancake Wrap. The wrap comes with egg, cheese, and bacon. They were all delicious and good."

"I rarely ever come to Dunkin Donuts, but when I do, it's usually for their food. This location usually takes a while whether you go through their drive-thru or walk inside. I came this morning around 8:20am and was done by 8:40am. Honestly, their coffee is always either hit or miss. Their food is delicious, though. They have a wide variety of different sandwiches and bites, and they are always delicious and very inexpensive. Now, this location is pretty sketch. There is always a fight or argument going on whenever I've come to this location. They are also always short staffed, hence the big waiting time. Other than that, their employees I've encountered have been nice and never rude. They have a spacious parking lot with plenty of parking spaces."

"Over the past month, I’ve gone in multiple times and both coffees in my orders were both completely wrong. My latte tasted like only vanilla swirl and milk- no espresso and my iced coffee was just cream- none of the swirl I ordered. Each time I’ve asked them to remake it since it was wrong, they always have an attitude and look at you like your crazy. Lack of work ethic in these employees compared to a few months ago, they must all be new. Their attitudes explain it when they are just standing there with AirPods on and scrolling their phones when someone is at the drive thru and I’m waiting for drinks to be remade- also had to tell me that I might have to REPAY for a drink THEY MESSED up. I’m fed up with this location, would rather drive out of my way to Starbucks and spend the few extra bucks so atleast my order is correct."

"Not happy whatsoever this is the second time I've ordered from here and had problems! If you were out of a donut you could have had someone call to discuss my options or to cancel my order! I got a dozen donuts that's I do no want ! I am in the process of getting my refund! But I will not be back! I know I should have went to OMG donuts!!!! They're bigger! And better !!! And you get what you ask for !!"
