"I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for a week now trying to schedule an appointment for my 7 month old son and no one answers or returns my calls. Always get wrong paperwork from the front desk and can never get a clear answer."
"Love Dr. Ryan. He is very caring and amazing with both my little girl. We have been seeing him for 7+ years now and have no complaints. NP Melissa is awesome and we have seen her few times as well."
"I gave birth on December of last year and my mother-In-law recommended I take my baby to this office since all her kids including my husband always had an overall good experience here. On September of the year 2020 I told the nurse that works with Dr. Spaeder that I would like to skip the flu shot. I was thinking they would respect my decision it was personal and I felt comfortable and trusted them. Well at her 12 month visit the nurse said that there would be 4 shots none oral. I was a little confused but thought that it was normal. After the visit they gave me my receipt and on there it said she was given the influenza shot. I was mad and felt betrayed. My husband saw it first. How could this have happened? I think it’s very unprofessional for an office to make this type of error. Thankfully my baby isn’t allergic to anything. I suggest you ask for the inserts and for a full page of all the vaccines your child is getting before they make a mistake this big on an allergic baby that could cause a bigger problem. I advise the office to better prepare themselves. It’s a shame. The doctors excuse was pathetic and left me with no words. She said “ it’s a good time for a mistake like this” hence covid I was even more infuriated. It’s not about covid it’s about professionalism. I will definitely not trust them with my kid anymore."
"We’ve been coming to capitals for years! Mainly for Dr Ryan. Our kids have basically grown up together. One of my twins was in the newborns ICU and Dr Ryan WAS NOT on call. His wife was in the hospital herself bc they had just had a baby too! He came to check on our litte one, except he just slid down the wall and stayed a while by sitting on the floor. He stayed at least an hour. He went way above our expectations! My twins are now 18 and he’s still happy and sweet when he walks in. ( I’m sure he does that with his other patients). We adore him! Very awesome doctor with exceptional bedside manner."
"I love this practice so much. We have been with them since my first was born. She’s almost 4. The office is no frills but the care is exceptional. I have never had a bad experience with anyone that I have seen for both my girls. I’m always able to get same day appointments and they are very thorough without being overwhelming. My main office is the one at Forest pines but I’ve been to computer drive and have had similar experiences. I am very glad I went with them. Also, it’s not dirty, the floors are just a tad old and show some wear. I highly recommend them."
