"After driving 1 hour and 30 minutes to come for my appointment, I was told I owed almost $300 from my last two appointments. Informed that the statement came back late September. Mind you, I called Oct 9 to reschedule and was never informed through text, email, call, letter, NOTHING about this balance. Definitely won’t be coming back here, it’s a shame that something as simple as communicating paying a balance before an appointment in order to be seen is too difficult for these people. It’s ignorant, it’s inconsiderate, and it’s MESSED UP. If you want to not be told when you owe a fat balance and but still be expected to pay it the DAY OF your appointment with no prior knowledge of it, then by all means go here. This place is a joke. Terrible communication."

"My daughter had appointment and called to let them know she would be late due to being in traffic because of accident. This was out of her control and they still charged her $75 for being late. The provider had said they would see her when she got there but then changed it. Terrible customer service and poor management. The psychiatrist there also didn't seem to be helping her like her new one."

"They continuously left me without medication. I was always struggling for my refills. Most irresponsible practice I’ve ever been too .The practice manager is incompetent and condescending. She is not helpful and does not care about the patients. Do not go here they are all incompetent! Do not see Kathleen flaherty she is not a good doctor and doesn’t know how to do her job. She continually left me without medication and made the re fill processs difficult. She cut me off as a patient for getting upset about this. I would not recommend her or this practice to anyone. I’m reporting this practice to the medical board and the bbb."
