"I was healthy before coming to this place, now diabetes feels like a prison. Their patient portal and website have broken links, you can’t open messages, and don’t even try using their services on mobile. They hired a developer in the 3rd grade. I can’t get my supplies and they keep sending me to these strange/unheard of pharmacies that don’t even have websites, are impossible to contact, and even harder to pay. My diabetic supplies have never arrived on time and these guys are now charging me for appointments I NEVER MADE."

"DO NOT GO HERE. First of all, the providers couldn’t care less about patient experience. Husband had a new patient appointment and the provider stated at the computer the entire time. Second, the billing department is AWFUL and do not answer their phones. They overcharged us for a copay and I have been trying to contact them for several days now with no luck to resolve this. After confirmation from insurance that they overcharged us, I’m left with them owing us $80 for the difference in charge. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere."

"Staff are kind and polite. One of the only medical institutions I've been too that treated my BP claims credibly - and hey, it turned out I was right! Love the doctor I have here. Very patient and seems engaged when I have questions or concerns."

"DON'T GO HERE!! READ ALL THE OTHER REVIEWS!! This is the worst place ever! They don't care about you. It took me and my PCP 7 months to get them to call us back to make an appointment. I should have ran away then. My first appointment was atrocious. They told me to arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork they already had me print and fill out at home. I was the first appointment of the day and waited almost an hour to be seen. They couldn't even give me the courtesy to tell me the doctor was running late that morning. It was extremely hot in the office too. Their a/c was broken and I was sitting in the room by myself waiting another 20 minutes to be seen and I was sweating. I mean sweating so I propped the door open to get some air. The rude woman from the front desk saw me and screamed all the way down the hallway that I need to put my mask on my face and shut the door. I explained it was sweltering in the room and I was getting nauseous. She again yelled so embarrassingly loud to leave my mask on regardless if I'm alone or hot. I sat back down crying. The doctor? Came in and never introduced herself. She didn't ask me questions; just told me what we'd do in 2 months and that someone would be in touch after lab results. A couple days later I see my lab results in the portal and a prescription at my pharmacy, but no call from the office. I called 3 times 3 days in a row trying to find out what my lab results meant and what this prescription was waiting for me to pick up. Finally someone calls me back and tells me to GOOGLE IT! She told me she wasn't the right person to answer my questions but I should start taking this medication right away and Google will have my answers until I come back in 2 months. I ran far away from this place and never went back!!"

"This is my first ever google review and unfortunately not a good one. When looking for a Endocrinologist I found this place, saw the reviews weren't great but all the others I found were not taking new patients and I didn't want to wait. To schedule the phone calls were answered promptly and I was very well assisted by Jake, I believe that's his name. On the day of my visit I had to fill all paper work I had completed online prior to my appointment again but this time in paper. During my visit with Dr Warren she seemed ok, asked a couple of questions about my family history and the reason I was looking for new exams. I explained my previous diagnoses and without even touching me or asking updated lab exams I was "diagnosed" by her saying that whatever I was feeling for sure wasn't my thyroid. That I probably had asthma (never had history of it) or my mind was conditioned to believing I had thyroid problems. I kept quiet thinking to myself that I couldn't believe what I was hearing but gave them the benefit of the doubt. At the end of my 10 minutes appointment she asked lab work according to her just to be safe but for sure wasn't gonna reflect anything weird because I FOR SURE don't have a thyroid condition. I got my lab results quickly after one day, I was able to check the results on the lab website. The lab results came with areas of concern that a person that FOR SURE doesn't have anything wouldn't have, I have questions and am wondering why my results are off balance but since my appointment I've been trying to reach someone and it seems impossible for them to answer a phone call. One time I manage to speak with someone after calling 9 times straight and they transferred me to the nurse's voicemail. I left a voicemail asking questions about my lab results. Never got an answer back. When i followed up with the same person at the front desk I was told that if I already left a message to the nurse they were not sure why I was calling again. Well... this is a PAID service, a horrible one. Unfortunately I still need answers about my results."
