"I brought my dad to the Raleigh location for a persistent cough he'd been having for several weeks. Dr. Pam was thorough, diagnosed him accurately and prescribed medication that helped him get better in a week. She is very friendly and put my dad completely at ease. She also double checked his blood pressure when it showed higher than usual. The front office person was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend NCIAP, Dr. Pam and the Raleigh location. I have not been to the Apex location but have heard great things about them too. Thank you NCIAP for a valuable service in the area."

"I have been coming here for a couple years and I have never had anything bad to say, but today was the worst. The receptionist (front desk lady) was so rude to me and also a man that was behind me. I think she’s new first time I have seen her.very RUDE"

"How is it fair that the patient has to reschedule if they’re 15 minutes late but if they’re on time you still have to wait for 30+ min just to see the doctor for 5 minutes. There aren’t even as many patients that would hold up the doctor for too long. Wait time is the only issue with me. Besides that its all good. Apex location is the best. Raleigh not so much"
