Dr. Ferguson immediately put our daughter at ease, as she was a little nervous. The audiologist did the same. She explained everything she was doing to both my daughter and myself and tried to make it as fun as possible for my daughter! After the tests were done, Dr. Ferguson explained everything in terms we were able to understand and we left with no questions!
