"I’ve been seeing this group for 24 years now. Never have I waited more than ten minutes to get back to an exam room, and. 9 times out of ten, the provider is in the room within a minute after the medical asst. completes my check-in. Now I have seen a succession LPN’s as career and sometimes overseas volunteer opportunities present. It’s the nature of the business, sadly, and you do hate to see a trusted provider, who does become something like family,leave and have to adjust to a new one. Not one has left me hanging with unanswered questions or a need unmet. They’re well-aligned with Duke and UNC so that if you do need more of the latest and greatest of advanced care, those providers are looped-in to your case quickly and with ease. The front office staff, back office, and nursing staff are always helpful responding via telephone, or the online patient portal. This group gets a wholehearted recommendation for top notch service, coordinated care, and professionalism from me."

"This office needs new staffing soon. I have never witnessed a medical office schedule an appointment without your consent or confirmation and then having an attitude about it when you’re a “no show”. The customer service in this office is wildly unprofessional and does not give off a warm and welcoming atmosphere even just based on phone interaction. Not sure if the receptionist is family or what but the attitude is unacceptable. I recommended this office gets new help or continue losing potential patients."

"Haven’t been seen there yet- and now refuse to. I’ll take chances with a doctor 45min away because the staff here is so unbearably rude just on the phone that I cannot imagine how they would be fun to work with, especially when dealing with an already difficult diagnosis. I have called in twice- the first time was to get an initial appt after a referral (this was sent as a STAT referral) - I was told it would be several weeks and that they just didn’t have time for new patients. UNC saw me within days. I decided to try and still be seen here for follow up/ routine appts, because it’s significantly closer to me, but I now know it’s a mistake to even call in- because this call was short lived as well as I was cut off while speaking and the person on the phone was just unnecessarily rude. The staff who answers treats you like you are a waste of time for even speaking to them. I’m 30 and have never felt this way about a physician office. Extremely disappointed."
