"I saw Dr Brian in 2016 to address some plantar fasciitis issues prior to my first Ironman. He not only helped relieve the pain I was experiencing, but also composed an excellent series of exercises that I still use whenever I feel tightness in my calves or Achilles’ tendon. I saw Dr Brian again in 2018 to address a very painful lower back injury - again with success. While I am not actively racing or triathlon training these days, I still follow his social media for mobility tips.
