"This facility is one of a kind. The doctors on staff are TOP NOTCH. I was experiencing a true emergency over the weekend, so I placed a call to the emergency line. I had the founder (Dr. Copland) call me that night (on a Friday night), who then forwarded my concern to my Doctor, Dr. Coward. Dr. Coward called me Friday night around 9mm due to the nature of the pain I was experiencing. This is an anomaly for any doctor to call their patient on a Friday night after 8pm. They normally tell you to go to the nearest emergency room. He was able to call in a prescription to the closest pharmacy (I was out of town). The next morning the pharmacy had to call him to confirm the prescription, and he actually picked up the phone and spoke to the pharmacy on Saturday morning before 10am. With Dr. Coward speaking with the pharmacy, I was able to have my prescription filled, and feeling worlds better with in a few short hours. I cannot recommend this facility enough. Top notch doctors. Top notch facility. They are compassionate, empathetic, sympathetic, and completely understanding. They will do everything in their power to help families achieve their dreams of creating and forming families. If you are attempting to build your family, please go see this facility before any other facility. You will not be disappointed. Again, HUGE shoutout to Dr. Coward, and Dr. Copland.
