"I’ve been going to this Walgreens for years and have simply put up with their consistent shortcomings, but today was my last day as this location’s customer. They gave me part of my prescription bc they said they didn’t have the rest available, but I could pick up the rest of it in a few days. When the pharmacy eventually answered the phone (speaking to someone has always taken 2 or 3 calls), so I could ask if the rest of my prescription was available, the person working today at 4pm when I called was extremely rude and said it was never ordered, but she could order it then so it would be available tomorrow - unless something external happened and it doesn’t arrive at the store in time. When I explained that I was only given enough medication for the days they said it would take to order more and that I can’t wait any longer, she told me I don’t have a choice because they fulfilled a “partial order,” so I am required to complete that order at that location. I understand this policy, but when I asked for a solution bc I could not risk missing my medication based on their mistake of not ordering more on time, she said that I “don’t understand what partial order means.” I told her she must not understand that I need a solution to not miss my medication, regardless of their policy. This is inexcusable to me - for a pharmacy to show such a lack of care for their customer to receive their medication on time, then insult them based on their own error. I’m done at this location, and I hope that management does something about its employees, because it looks like a lot of other people have similar complaints."

"I was having an issue with a prescription refill. I tried calling 3 times and was on hold for over an hour each time without anyone answering. I understand having to hold for a while if they are busy but this is ridiculous. I went up there and the girl that finally came to the window could not have cared less. Unfortunately this is not the 1st issue with this location. I know it will not make a difference to them but I am changing pharmacy."

"This is the worst pharmacy ever. There is always a line, staff seems ill trained and not wanting to be bothered! You can never get them on the phone! I have called and held for an hour without an answer. My recent experience or should I say, fiasco was trying to get a script transferred. After 4 phone calls and three visits to Walgreens, I finally got it transferred!!! It shouldn’t be that hard!!!"

"I’ve never experienced a more incompetent pharmacy. I called ahead to see if i I could get a flu test. They told me to go to a specific webpage to schedule it and there was no option to schedule it so I scheduled a vaccine. I arrived and they took 20 minutes just to find my appointment, tell me they can’t give me the rapid test because I scheduled the wrong appointment, and proceeded to tell me they have no idea too schedule the correct appointment. Complete idiocy. I now have no flu test results and I wasted over an hour of my day with these morons."

"Run from this pharmacy! They are understaffed and staff is overworked. It is impossible to reach them by phone and count that you will stay at a long line every single time you go there. As if this was not enough, they normally do not have our prescriptions or only fill them partially WITHOUT even telling us that it is the case. Result? We have to go back to another awful experience to get the rest of the prescription. Not to count when they do not receive the rest of your antibiotic course within the time frame needed. We changed to Falls River Pharmacy and they are fantastic there. The only hiccup is that Falls River Pharmacy is closed on Sundays, so you need to plan accordingly and have a back up for last minute Sunday runs!"
