"my dog was at the vet probably 4-5 times this past year for exams with a vet. theyve been her vet for seven years. they completely missed her cancer diagnosis. finally figured it out at moreene rd emergency vet and it was too late. additionally, youre lucky to see the same practitioner consistently. communication is bad regarding getting data from blood tests, etc, or clear concise information about prescriptions. if you have an emergency, they simply dont want to see you. when you try to make an appointment, you feel that you are inconveniencing them and there is no urgency on their part with regard to your pets health. but the greatest issue i had is that they missed a bone cancer diagnosis that could have been seen via xray. instead they had me chasing down thyroid and arthritis issues. even after she'd already had one small mast cell tumor removed at that practice. additionally, they prescribed her a medication that come to find out is suspected to accelerate existing cancers, without informing me at the time. i will regret trusting this practice with my dogs care for the rest of my life."

"The upbeat and positive attitude of everyone at this veterinarian's office is well worth picking them over any other in the area. They took care of my last dog throughout her entire life. When we were ready for a new dog we happily brought them into Carver Street animal hospital. The place is very friendly to handicapped persons with parking and a flat entryway."
