"They are very nice and friendly and I recommend them highly. I was nervous about going due to several Health issues I have. But they put me at ease and listened to me and Dr. Zamanifekri was very professional and took his time with me. It means a lot to know they actually listen and don’t rush you like most doctors do to get you in and out, Thank you to all of the staff."
"Was referred by primary care doctor. Waited over two weeks for a call. Got a call yesterday that they had an opening for today. Explained to the person on the phone my reasons. I get to the appointment today get put in a room. Nurse gets my info. I explain that I have a previous condition all medical records were provided but my condition was aggravated by a car accident. They refused to see me. I told them I have been in pain for a month, my primary and physical therapist agreed I needed a neurologist and no use of my arms and they still would not see me. Unbelievable that doctors can turn away people. Absolutely ridiculous and no compassion at all."
"I love this place! Dr. Zumani was so amazing, he actually listened to what I had to say. & He understood that I just wanted & needed help with my migraines. He really helped me. & He was so nice. I've never had a doctor that actually listened to me like he did. I wish there were more doctors like him. Yes, it took 4 months to get in the doctor but that's not the doctors fault. He's great!!"
"The staff are very rude and nasty especially on the phone. Just the other day I walk in 5 mins early to my appointment and the lady at the desk was having a full blowed conservation with a man that didnt even have appointment. She seem me there and so did the other staff and they just look at me like I was dumb. I stood there for like 7 mins until someone from the back register me in. Then the PA I had would send me to get testing done and won't tell me I'll be out of work for two days. The when I had a MRI done he didnt give me a meds to relax me, given that I'm claustrophobic. I call the office to sent me one and they got all rude and was like you didnt ask for one. All story short I still didn't get my MRI done. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Its been a year and a half n they still don't know why I have migraines. All they can do is give me muslce relaxer. This place is a big joke. One other thing sometimes the PA will be 2 hours behide schedule."
"I got to 1st see a PA who ordered several tests but then cannot see a dr until August. It is the middle of May. The front desk staff has to be 1 of the worst in the Caromont system. We were 5 minutes late for an appointment due to a traffic accident and were told that we could not see the PA. The doctors may be decent but the front desk staff taints the rest of the practice."
