"This facility was a nice facility and the nurses were great. However, the one and MAJOR reason we are leaving a 1 star review is because after my procedure, my wife, who has a service dog, was not allowed back to see me. She has a disability that requires the use of the service dog. The dog is well behaved, had a vest, and performs a function necessary to her well being. Gus up front gave her such hell and argued with her that he would not let her back, she filed a complaint with the u.s. department of justice, which she has never in 7 years done before. We have NEVER had any problems in hospitals and other medical facilities. Perhaps you should teach your employees the ADA law. For anyone who requires the use of a service animal, stay away from this place."

"Facility was great, but beware of their billing. I was never told there would be a separate anastecia charge, nor that their anasteciologist was out of my network. So a $1200 procedure ended up being $2400. Not right to no inform people of hidden costs before the procedure!"
