"When you are entrusting the care of your "fur baby" to anyone, there is some anxiety involved. However, I could not be more pleased with the team at Port City Animal Hospital. Everyone, from the vet techs to the front desk has been amazing and kind and polite. I worked in public relations/customer service training for a living, so I am not someone who is easily impressed. I am VERY impressed with the team here, particularly Dr. Toler (Gatsby --my LARGE cat-- just loves Dr. Toler and the team!) When he was diagnosed with diabetes, Dr. Toler patiently and thoroughly explained how to give him insulin, etc. and made sure I was comfortable with the process. 5 out of 5 stars. If I could give more stars I would."

They made time in their full schedules to see our sick puppies. They gave us options and made calls for us. They helped us at one of the most difficult times of our lives, and while we were moving out of state. They made us kind cards with their sympathies after it was over. Our dogs were well taken care of our whole time in Wilmington because of them. We can't recommend these doctors and staff enough. The work they do is so important."
