"I'm not sure how to write a review for this office. I've been to Dr. Harris once, and I really liked her. She was open and kind just generally willing to listen and respect my ideas about health. Five stars for Dr. Harris. Zero stars for my experience with the staff, especially someone who I was told was the office manager. No one gave me my initial log in information for the online portal. I called several times over a week and no one returned my calls. I finally called and the front desk people were attempting to work me through the process. After several tries, I noticed that they had my email address wrong. We made that correction and still I wasn't able to log in. They wanted me to come in with my phone, so that could look at it. I'm not sure what this had to do with anything. I was eventually transferred to the office manager, who wouldn't let me talk. I kept trying to tell her that if she listen to me we could figure it out together, but she said "no ma'am" and hung up on me. That's right. A professional in a doctor's office hung up on me."

"Literally the best doctor’s office I’ve been blessed to find. So professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They always see you right on time, and the scheduling side is impeccable . I recommend all men, from 18+ to check their hormones , just to be on the safe side . It doesn’t cost more than your health , trust me ."

"I have found everyone to be quite professional, happy, and helpful except for Zoe in Billing. The registration assistants were pleasant and told me about self-pay but I had questions. After my own research, I found sometimes it is advantageous for self-pay and other times it is not. I do appreciate my experience in the Hendersonville office."
