"So I went by the campus today, looking to get information on not being able to complete a course. The receptionist reaches out to someone, and after over 10 - 15 minutes of waiting. I’m approached by the Executive Director of the Conway campus, Sandra (in the attached picture). Who looks me in my face and not only lies to me, about the receptionist not sending my name and reason for my visit. But she is also unprofessional, rushed because she has a meeting/other things to do, walks away in the middle of conversation, not helpful, etc. You would think a college would be more organized on having available, your attendance dates and program completion/non completion dates. Also, someone that’s not going to lie on the receptionist, come out rushed, and not get upset because you don’t recall your attendance dates (that’s what the system should be for) ."

"The counselors and staff here are just awesome. They take care of their students and potential students very well. I must say Jenny and KJ have taken excellent care of me and continue to do so!"

"Went to this school in may of 2017 this is the worst school that exists went there for the medical assistant program… with promises that I would be able to find a job after completing my outset and found out that was a lie they don’t even have any accreditation at all this school is a joke and will steal your money they even held my unofficial transcripts for almost three years which is actually illegal and when confronted about it they said I could come back to school with them and they would give my transcript in exchange and don’t even let me get started with the financial aid office they completely lied and said I had no pell left making me take out student loans which were not even needed …. If your thinking about going to this school DONT!!!!"

"If I could give this 0 stars I would. This institution is an unfair and unreliable place. My sister was screwed over by the college on something that is not her fault, corona virus pandemic. They unfairly dropped her from the course when she only had the state board test to take. They did not keep in touch with her during the pandemic and somehow it's her fault for not responding to the ONE email they sent out months after the school was closed. No communication was given to her with what was going to happen with the school and if she was still wanting to be enrolled. Now she has to find a different facility that will hopefully accept all her credits. Lack or communication and stupidity is what you will receive if you plan to attend this place!"
