"Ive been going to Kraken-Skulls for a couple of months now and I ALWAYS go to Natalie Barber. Her last name is Barber so she gives amazing cuts, beard trims and waxes. I love how I look afterwards and how she make sure my partner likes my cut as well. She was able to inform me on how to keep my hair with the proper shampoo and conditioners to use. I will always go to here for all my hair needs a well as my son's. She does a great time with children as well. Timely and carefully with all clients."

"I have been stationed at Fort Liberty since 2015. I have had many haircut some good some bad. My wife ran across this spot last night and suggested it. I made an appointment with Laz for the next day and he did not disappoint. Best haircut I have gotten in the area and the staff is awesome and the vibe with the shop is unmatched in the area. I’ll be getting a tattoo next week from here and can’t wait as this artist portfolio is awesome and he really shows he cares that you get what you want."

"First time ever having my beard worked on by someone other than myself. Cyndi was awesome. So relaxing. Super clean shop. Bonus points for the full service bar on location. Met the owner Chad, and treated me like regular. I may be 2 hours away but I'll be back, and bringing my friends."

"I really hate to give this low of a review as I don't like to complain plus I used to come here quite often for haircuts back when they only had 2 barbers. Unfortunately it has definitely gone downhill in my experiences. I have been back a few times here and there with no luck of receiving close to what I used to with this being the 3rd strike. One was a decent haircut but messed up my beard a bit. I was going to leave a review then since I love my beard but I didn't want to do that as the lady was very kind. Then the next time I went was just a bad cut. Once again I didn't complain because I found out it was an apprentice barber (who isn't even there anymore). This time I went in for a cut before Thanksgiving and booked with the "master" barber thinking I was going to get a good cut. That unfortunately was not the outcome. During my haircut I was consistently getting nicked (dude has a heavy hand) and he cut my hairline and had it looking like a diagonal line across my forehead. I had him try to fix it, which he didn't seem pleased to have to do, but it's still crooked. I didn't want to complain again after he tried to fix it and make it any worse. So like the previous times I paid, tipped, and left unhappy. It's unfortunate because this place seems awesome and you want to enjoy coming here to get a good cut but that just isn't the case."
