"Tuesday evening around 6 pm, May 16th, I went to ask if they carried shisha products and the girl working at that time was rude and incompetent. She didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and when I asked about shisha, she barely looked up and pointed at a shelf. Unless she's the owner who wears way too short cutoff jean shorts, she cost the owner our business and earned herself this negative review."

"Dec 8th 2022 around 4pm. Probably worst customer service ever. You'd get better treated at Walmart 5 minutes before close. Look I get that your not supposed to even go 10ft near the glass stuff, but the lady could've been nicer about it. Rude, condescending, and you could just smell whatever 'nice' thing that was said was spewed out from Starbucks latte' smelling breathe. Good luck running a store where everyone who walks in is treated like an enemy. I was going to spend big money there on a new glass piece, I just took my business elsewhere where I did spend good money. I'll make sure everyone i know stays far away too."

"Is 1045 and Kings location is closed. Vape shop open, says someone supposed to be there. Same with other purple haze location where it opened at 1015. Figured could get cool local glass but is china glass and op. Figure bike week you would have your business's open. Sad since you were recommended by locals. Took my business elsewhere."

"We stopped in so I could look at a new piece & found an overwhelming selection of everything smoking related. The young lady just stated it was her second day all by herself in the store, she was very nice very polite and very eager to show us anything we wanted to look at. I ended up buying a very heavy glass piece that was well below the average price, if I’m back in that area again I will definitely go back to that store because the selection was like none other"
