"The lady working there was very rude and seemed put off because I asked her for help. I bought a five pack of mini tins, and she charged me for five single packs. EVERY where gives discount for the multi pack, including the Tobacco Market in Surfside. Do NOT shop here. UPDATE: In response to the owner; if you read my review, I stated that I bought a five pack and not five individual tins. They were wrapped and she still charged me the single tin price. She actually went and got a single tin to scan. Poor customer service and poor response on your part. My review is clearly written. I do understand how a one review can impact a business, that's the point of writing reviews. Your job as owner is to be sure your employees are treating customers respectfully and doing the right thing. That is what stops the low reviews. I will give another opportunity BUT if it happens again, this review WILL NOT change. Let's see if you really care about customers or if you just want five stars reviews."

"Plenty of pipe tobacco in bulk and in pouches. I didn't see any tins, but I wasn't really looking after I found the tobacco I was there for. The lady upfront at the register was very nice and seemed to be friends with everyone that walked through the door. The bulk pipe tobacco is serve yourself after you get bags and a scale from the register. I will definitely return for future purchases"
