"The PA “Bud” was totally incompetent. I came in feeling awful. He didn’t listen and didn’t do anything. I came back 3 days later still feeling awful. I did vent some to the receptionist. I got PA Bud again. He came in again, not listening and not doing anything to help. Then he took a moment to let me know that he had heard what I said to the receptionist and that he did not want me to come back. I asked him if he had bothered eavesdropping on our conversation long enough to hear me say to her,”I’m sorry. I know none of this is your fault. I just felt like he wasn’t helpful and I still just feel awful.” PA Bud looked rather sheepish and admitted he had not heard that. I have never been spoken to so rudely by a medical professional in my life. Very unprofessional. I tried multiple times to file a complaint with the regional manager to no avail. She was unreachable and never returned my phone calls. Avoid this clinic and PA “Bud” at all costs."

"We didn't have an appointment but were able to get one after waiting almost 2 hours. The good part was we got seen before the appointment but while in a room that was not meant for a patient to be waiting in my nephew who was hurt had to wait 40 minutes before the doctor came in. I understand being under staffed but that was crazy. He could have gotten so much worse and noone seemed to realize we were still waiting."

"Went in to treat a wound from a bike accident and remove stitches. All the staff was great! The medical asst Marisol was very professional, attentive, and prompt in helping us. The PA Budd was amazing very professional, he took really good care of my husband. It also helped that Budd has a good sense of humor. We had a question the next day and Austin called us back promptly ! He was very helpful in addressing our concerns. Best Urgent Care we've been to."

"I was a walkin patient. I had to wait, but only for one hour. It wasn't bad because I was able to wait in my car. The PA I saw was very knowledgeable and kind. He was thorough in explaining what my options were and what would most likely be the best course of treatment. So far, so good. Also, the gal that got all my stats before the doctor came in was so kind and made me feel welcome. I happen to be without insurance for a short span of time and my cost was 199.00. Not as bad as I would have expected. I would use them again."
