The Dr. was gentle, caring, compassionate and respectful of our feelings.The facility was remarkable with a dedicated room for us to visit with him privately before the procedure and afterwards to grieve. We were able to leave via a back door with our broken hearts. I highly recommend SAVES for this or any other service needed for your beloved pet (family member)"

"I was skeptical after reading some of the 1 & 2 Star reviews, but took a chance and took my dog there for emergency care. I was pleasantly surprised. All of the staff were caring and understanding. I was in a “crisis” situation and emotionally exhausted. They took care of Mojo promptly and kept me informed. They also allowed me to call and get status updates without them seeming like it bothered them. They were very friendly and helpful. Some of the reviews stated they only cared about money, well, it is an emergency vet and specialty clinic, so prices are somewhat higher than your regular vet, but that’s to be expected (just like the difference between a regular Dr. and going to the emergency room). They provided outstanding care and put my mind at ease."

"Took our beagle in for treatment of a snake bite on his nose and we received timely and excellent care. The staff was very friendly and they provided estimates of all treatment being provided. They kept the dog over night for observation, lab work and antivenin. It was expensive but it’s emergency care so it’s to be expected. 24 hours later he was almost back to normal."

"I had to bring my pregnant Pembroke corgi in to saves august 12, 2023 as she had been in labor a VERY long time. I called on the way up there and they immediately had a room ready for us and took such incredible care of my girl.
