"If I could give this rating a zero. I would! I have a schnauzer whose hair was very matted! I wanted his hair to be cut down very low due to this. Coach Ken stated he could do the schnauzer cut, which I knew wasn’t possible. I never met a pet groomer who spoke so negatively and use profanity about a dog due the dogs hair being matted. He even showed frustration as if he was on something because other dogs were in there barking and mine was too. He even mentioned the Fayetteville police as if matted dog hair is animal cruelty. This is supposed to be a place of business and professionalism. The ABSOLUTE WORST. This place will never receive my business again. If you don’t want to do your job or provide a service, shut down your business."

"I called in the morning and was told to bring my pets in that afternoon. I have a 5lb Yorkie and 50lb Bully. Coach Ken and Charlene are awesome business owners that delivered great customer service and were so caring with the fur babies. Coach took time to explain everything, provided recommendation on products for use at home, and even asked me to look up the cut style to ensure I approved before completing the cut. I am definitely a customer for life and recommend that anyone looking for a groomer look no further."

"Coach Ken does a great job on my baby girl. She is a 14yo shi-zu. He’s been grooming her for 10 yrs now. He always does her haircut perfect. When it’s hot weather I get him to cut it low. I never have to tell him what to do. I drop her off and come back whenever. IF UR LOOKING FOR A PET GROOMER I HIGHLY SUGGEST COACH KEN IS UR GUY. I highly recommend"
