"This place is an absolute joke. It's sick this is the healthcare VA get. They lost my husband's updated health records and so his file only shows his dead mother's information. They won't pick up their phones to change it and won't talk to me because I'm not on his old records and they don't care!!!! Just take the drive to Johnson City if you don't want your records lost!! Unbelievable!"
"Good luck getting anyone here to answer the phone. I refuse to drive an hour each way to get an answer for a question I have."
"I have not had any problems with this Clinic. I didn't know the process of their eye clinic but had good service otherwise. Have MRI 's also at this clinic. Very friendly staff. Currently under this administration they are short staffed. Hope we get a Republican President that loves our country."
"They do not answer the phone. People are great but phone service is awful."
"Absolutely horrible. They only thing they do is put vets on pills. They surrounded me with police for no reason. Thanks for all the anxiety. I guess I will have to pay for health care even though I am a disabled vet. No way I will ever step foot in that place again."
