"I loved my doctor and then I'm went from blue cross medicaid to wellcare medicaid now they refuse to see me.ans before this I had an appointment made for April and they said I didn't. You can never get a hold of anyone and I kept leaving messages about my medicine for over a month and nobody would call me back that is until I switched medicaid carrier and they only called me to say they can't take my insurance."
"I called for an appointment over 3 months ago. They told me to get a referral from my PCP, which I did. When I still had not received a call, I called them again. First, you do not actually talk to the office staff. You reach a call center and your message is passed along to the office staff. I left the message that my PCP had sent the referral and the date it was sent. I asked for someone to please call me to set up an appointment. It has been 3 months and I have still never received a call to make an appointment or to give me a reason why I may not be able to get an appointment in the near future. I am going to call one more time, but if I do not receive a return call within a timely manner, I will call another office. It will be in another town, since this one is the only one in my area. I have worked in the medical field for over 30 years before I retired 5 years ago , and I can assure you, this is not the way to treat a potential patient. It makes me wonder how they treat their current patients. I would not suggest this office to anyone."
"Meets all my health needs and a very courteous staff."
"I really like Shannon; she was very thoughtful and took care of my needs. However; her office staff would not return my calls and it took eight days for me to get my medicine."
