"The staff or whoever is the front desk receptionist should take a course in professionalism and healthcare! I waited 6months to even get a inital appointment and they had the wrong contact number listed for me! I missed my appointment by 30 minutes called and explained situation just to have a rude and cold response from the receptionist saying “I knew they called?” Yes I figured out they CALLED MY HOME NUMBER UPON ARRIVAL TO MY HOME!! Again wrong contact number on their END AS SHE CLEARLY STATED OVER AND OVER when they had my cell phone as primary!!! I was offered a month from now appointment after waiting 6months for this one all the while she is telling that I knew they were calling?? No thanks declined for any service from this place!!! There are other clinics with better options then to be demeaned by rude incompetent insensitive unprofessional people at Grace Clinic!! Grace Clinic should brush up on their HIPAA/Patient rights act because they clearly are in wrong field for such coldness and unsympathetic behavior"
