"Each time anyone calls, they transfer to various vm's, which usually promise a return call within 24hrs. Calls are not returned. The receptionist offers no assistance,. This, in addition to other issues is not good for people who really need their services."

"I called on behalf of my son who is non-verbal and is an adult. The person that returned my call was rude straight away. I'm very disappointed by the way I was talked to. And, these are the very people that are suppose to advocates for my son. This is so sad."

"The Spanish woman that picks up the phone is very rude. Nobody reaches out to you. I know it’s not your job to care about my kids but when I call up there genuinely to speak to my case worker and your asking for what? Or telling me I would have to apply and then hanging up. That’s not how you treat people. That’s your job to answer the phone and assist people. She treats them like trash and that’s who you have working for you guys picking up the phone? Not a good look and i definitely don’t care for your benefits bc if she treats people like this I could only imagine how everyone else treats people"
