"DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! My 4 yr old went to this daycare a few months and has a different teacher almost every day because they can’t keep teachers here. There is ZERO LEARNING they just play with a toy bucket on the table until it’s time to go home. They can’t control the kids and the teachers have terrible attitudes at drop off/pick up. They don’t speak when you walk in they’ll continue their conversation talking about how they hate their jobs and cases open against other teachers in front of the parents! I even filled out an allergy form at registration for my son to only drink lactaid milk and all of a sudden they just gave him whole milk anyway and it made him sick. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. I talked to the new director Sonya again and she got an attitude and told me she would have to call me back and never did. I checked the camera at lunch and I caught them giving him whole milk again! When I called and spoke with Sonya and she cut me off and yelled hold on! She is so rude and they just don’t care about the kids. When we enrolled the old director Keiaundra was so sweet then she suddenly left. When I came to get all of his things when I unenrolled him they gave me my child’s blankets from naptime nasty and brown smelling like strong urine! I can’t believe they lay kids on these dirty blankets! I attached a pic beside a clean white tshirt for proof of the filthiness. My child don’t wet the bed at all so other kids used his blankets and they don’t even bother to wash them!! I’m so thankful we got our child out of here and to another better school."
"The director of this place is very RUDE and has a terrible disposition. Prayer, the assistant director is AWESOME. She needs to be the actual director of the facility. I went to re-enroll my son, was filling out the forms and everything but due to the directors attitude and unwelcoming disposition, I gladly handed the registration forms back to her and told her my son would be enrolling in a different daycare. Thank you and have a great day."
"My child has been attending Childtime since she was in the infant room. She is now in the Pre-K program and we have had a positive experience year after year. The teachers are amazing, I love being able to check in my daughter periodically with the cameras in the classroom, and she always comes home happy and full of stories about her day. Childtime is full of caring, supportive teachers and I know she is well cared for throughout the day."
"Being a new mom I have been so hesitant on starting my kids at daycare. With little to no help at home I was fortunate enough to find childtime which is also in good distance from my job and home. I was able to schedule a tour of the toddler class on Thursday with kieondra and she was amazing throughout the whole process! Her charismatic spirit led me to believe that I deserve to have some help and I can trust childtime and their program for my kids. I was even able to meet two of the teachers who were friendly (I can't remember their names) and the classrooms were well organized and clean. Unfortunately they told me they don't have any availability at this time but I hope they will because I'd really love to start my kids here soon!"
"I’ve not only had the pleasure of working at Childtime previously but also trusting them to care for my child. My daughter started off in NC PreK with Ms. Renee and Ms. Martina. She has built so many long lasting relationships with staff and children. She loves Ms. Leisa and Ms. Ally as they welcomed her into their class to start her day and as she was leaving. She is now in Afterschool with Ms. Donita and everyday she asks is she going to get to ride the bus. We know our child is well taking care of while we are not around."
