"Workers are rude don’t even smile won’t say have a goodnight or anything they just seem miserable I try to avoid this family dollar."
"a young lady by the name of alondra helped me with all my purchases. very nice cashier i will definitely be coming back here! very nice yes yes"
"They had a sighn saying back in 10-15 min.. after 35 min. Of waiting We left."
"I won't be back! I have seen a cashier turn a customer away because she had a $50 bill.. she said "I ain't got no change for that!" "I just got here!" (with quite the attitude!!!). The cashier did not ask for change from the manager/cashier on the register beside her and that person (who was a manager!) didn't offer or care to and they just let the Lady walk right out of the store! (after she had to go back and put her own items away!) I was astounded!!! Not only at the way she was treated, but the fact that the girl at the register apparently had NO Common Sense! WHATSOEVER! BECAUSE.. The lady had a cart full of items (the change would have been less than $10) How are you unable to process this information in your mind..? (high maybe?) I say this because of another experience from the same employee.. There was a huge line one day (7 groups of customers) She came in the door and took an immediate left (into the Exit) instead of going to the second opening to get to the register (the Entrance!) and pushed her way through the crowd of people with a "Move!". There was no room and we all, except for the first customer, had to back up into the aisle to make room! That's GREAT! Inconvenience everyone else so you don't have to walk an extra 2 feet! So, her reason for rushing behind the counter was to jump in and help get the line down right..? NOPE! She was in a huge hurry to get clocked in.. she just stood there watching the other cashier check customers out! She didn't come here to work lol, lol, lol.... The most unbelievable thing was she was in such a hurry to clock in (and RUDE!) that she couldn't even go to the second register, she had the cashier (same manager) at the very first register (as you enter the checkout) suspend her transaction (in the middle of her ringing someone up!!!!!!!!!!) to let her clock in! .. AND, SHE DID! It is VERY Unacceptable to treat a customer like she is so unimportant! BTW.. This poor lady (the manager) has no backbone and unfortunately, allows these girls to walk all over her : ("
