"I was looking for a good smoke shop & this was recommended.I went earlier today with my husband. We were pleasantly surprised at the selection. The woman working was frendly & helpful. I don't know what incense she was burning but it smelled just like bud. We found what we wanted I asked if they had vape carts for my vape, she did. She walked over and picked up 3 boxes of the correct cartridges they were rubber banded together and she asked if we wanted to buy one cartridge or a full box of 4 cartridges for 1799. We got the full box. She rang it up without ever letting us look at the box. She rang up all of our stuff $130. We were really happy said we would be back a LOT. We went to Macdonalds next door and I started looking at our bag of stuff. I noticed the box of cartridges had the cellophane off one end. I looked inside and there were only TWO carts in the box.the box was labeled $4.99 and $17.99. I assumed that it was labeled this way because they had sold some out of it and she gave it to us by mistake. So we went back no more than half hour later. My husband went in with the box and explained what happened and the woman working said NO. NOPE. You were sold a sealed box. My husband said we just spent well over $100 here and you don't believe you sold us an open box worth $10? We WILL NOT be shopping here again. What a joke, seriously you lost new good customers over a $10 mistake. We did not appreciate being treated like lieing criminals. PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE. Bad business practices."

"I dealt with Ali the recent 4 times I had to go back there. Ari just does not know what is going on. I would ask a simple question & he went in circles replying, but never did give me an answer. He constantly interrupted me when I was explaining why the two new vapes I had bought there will not charge & I tried 4 damn chargers at home. Ali definitely had no idea what I was trying to say, between his mumbling & interrupting. I will never go back there again. And I will warn people."
