The teachers are so lovely and caring and minimal turnover - our baby who goes there currently had several of the same teachers our 2 year old had when he went as a baby. We couldn’t be happier with their care and it’s such a relief to know your baby is in good hands while you work. Highly recommend this location!"

"** UPDATE ** Kindercare corporate stepped in and resolved the issue quickly with many apologies. The regional director called me personally and apologized and I am very thankful to the corporate team. In hindsight, I should have reached out to them to begin with when getting no where with the local Durant road location. Thanks again to them for making it right. ** Original post ** What a disaster. We decided to remove our daughter from Kindercare last September and so we called and informed them and asked if anything else was needed. They told us they would make a note and all would be ok. I have since received a bill over and over again for time that my daughter wasn't there and they refuse to correct the issue. I have called many times and every time they say they will investigate and correct the issue. Well, they sent the bill to collections and I can't get them to correct it. So I will pay the bill for services that I did not receive because they are either too incompetent to fix the problem or they simply don't care enough. There are some nice people there, the teacher's seem great, and the place is clean, but the management is a disaster and I am very angry I now need to pay hundreds of dollars for nothing."

Teachers and staff are all very friendly and attentive. Facility is very clean and organized. I am so happy we switched him from the other place to this one!"
