"I moved away from Matthews but was excited to visit the old cigar store I use to frequent. I parked in the back in the empty parking lot as soon as I stepped out the car I was met by an Aladdin looking guy aggressively saying " THIS PARKING LOT IS FOR CIGAR CUSTOMERS" I said OKAY...He then had the audacity to say. "ARE YOU COMING TO THE CIGAR SHOP?" After telling him YES...He said they're closed. I then looked at the door and noticed I was 45 minutes early as they didn't open til noon. He then tried to save face and offered to open it for me. I declined the offer, the damage was already done. Besides I wouldn't have felt safe being alone in a shop with such a rude and overly aggressive person. You saw my black face and ASSUMED I wasn't a customer. However, I WAS.. I will NEVER STEP FOOT IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. Please enroll in customer service classes as you have none. Perhaps diversity classes will help you as well."

"Really cool/chill environment. Smoke lounge, nice chairs, tons of cigar options, really cool astetics. They used an old bank vault as a door to store their cigars. Everything is super vintage and cool. Alberto helped us, and he was super genuine and cool, helped me pick some great cigars. Everything is priced nicely, too! Affordable and high quality."

"Cool spot, in an old bank and the humidor is in the vault, just ask the staff to open it as it's often closed to keep the moisture level correct. Joel is very friendly and recognized me on only my second visit. They also have a limited beer/wine selection which makes for a great pairing. Indoor and outdoor seating is available, as well as a member's only area. I sat there my first time and was politely asked to move, which is more than can be said for other lounges which can feel very unwelcoming to non-regulars. Membership price seemed fair (forgot how much exactly) but I don't smoke enough to justify it. Front of house is plenty comfortable."

"Came in to check out this location as I am a member at the Charlotte location. Joel was very welcoming. Love the humidor being in an old bank vault. Great setup and location in downtown Matthews. Plenty of parking and seating inside. They have a nice variety of beer, wine, and even coffee! Check this place out! Grab yourself a drink and a smoke and kick back!"
