"Update: after calling yet again and then going by and asking them to print off my results plus this review and a Facebook post, I finally got a phone call. Unacceptable CHS!!! Unacceptable!!! My injury is two weeks worse than when I walked in and I still have no relief. Y'all dropped the ball!!!!! My x-ray was 2 weeks ago and no one has read it yet. Two weeks of pain and not knowing what's going on!!!!!!!!!!! 5 phone calls to be told they are short staffed and it'll be by end of business day. Calling again today. Tired of the run around!!!!!!! Who do I have to speak to so I can get some relief???? I haven't seen a Doctor in over 13 years due to a misdiagnosed condition. I hurt my knee and made the decision to finally have it checked out. I do not have insurance and this was my only option. I told the Doctor I saw that I hadn't seen a Doctor in 13 years, I haven't taken any kind of prescription meds nor any antibiotics. She was the first. She checks out my knee, has some blood work done and schedules a mammogram and then says I can get an x-ray. I have the x-ray done and am told it'll be read in 48 hours. Well, here it is a week and 2 days later and I still haven't had anyone to read my x-ray. Been told several times after multiple phone calls that "it'll be by the end of business day" Nope. Here I am, still in pain, still having issues and I'm no better off than when I walked in the door. CHS, thanks for reminding me why I haven't darkened the door of any "health-care professional" in years!!!! I feel I've been treated less than because I don't have any insurance and I feel that I wasted my time, energy, and effort. CHS, thanks for nothing!"

And Cherokee East Knoxville has a great group of professionals there from the Receptionist, to Lab Tech, Nurse Aid, NP, and Drs. Today I finally have hope that I am going to get the quality of care that I need !!!"
