"KinderCare has been a great experience for my daughter. Farm pond KinderCare is family oriented. My daughter has been with Kinder care since she was 5 months and now she’s 1 years old I was so surprised when she didn’t even cry when handing her over to the the teachers. She is loved by all. I want to thank Ms. Shakita for being so awesome being the director at KinderCare any questions I have to bring to her attention she’s right on it. Thank you to the director and teachers."
"My dude was born in the middle of 2020, so before he enrolled at farm pond, he really didnt have a ton of outside socialization- i was lucky enough to get to stay home with him. but when i started school in January, i needed to find somewhere for my buddy to go. Farm pond was the first place we looked at, and it stood out. Covid precautions were a big deal, and the Director mentioned that she was lucky enough that all her teachers were able to come back after they had to shut down. To have a place where the teachers want to return to means a lot. And after having my son enrolled for 4 months now- i can see it in person. My interactions have been a bit limited to just pick up and drop off(silly covid,) but everyone ive meet seems to really love their jobs, and the kids. My guy had a bit of a hard time adjusting (expected for sure) and i did too - he's my baby! the teachers at farm pond kindercare always answered my calls promptly, and let me know that he was doing great. After a few weeks, kiddo was more excited to be dropped off than he was to be picked up. Im really happy with our choice to go with Farm Pond Kindercare. couldn't recommend them enough."
"My daughter has been there for 3 years, I would recommend this facility to anyone . The staff is very welcoming and helpful. There has been many times when I was struggling and they was willing to help. Any concern regarding my child was met that day. The staff even checking on my child even when she was not there . Hearing what my child has learned for that day was heart warming . Now I have a 2 month daughter that just started and I know she is in good hands. I work with kids myself so I understand how they job works AWESOME STAFF, AWESOME DIRECTOR"
"I’m not sure about everyone else who’s enrolled their child at this specific location but my son was there for less than a month. Every single day that he was there, he would leave sad and never wanted to go to school (which is very out of character for him, he’s a very happy child who loves school and playing). I noticed this and decided to get to the bottom of it and my son told me his teacher would sit him on time out and hurt his arms with her “long nails” when she sat him down plus he had the marks to show for it. He also told me she would yell at him. Keep in mind, this is a 3 year old telling me all this with that much detail... when I asked the staff and teacher about it she told me that she didn’t mean to hurt him but he was on time out because he kept leaving his designated area. Yet every time I was there I would see all these little kids running around and none of them would be on time out or be yelled at. Aside from that he would always come home extremely dirty and none of his changes of clothes would ever be used. Horrible experience, horrible teacher, horrible school. 100% do not recommend. PS: I’m not sure if there are any of these schools in your area but research “Childcare Network” It’s a wonderful school with actual teachers and at first glance it even looks like an elementary school. My son LOVES that school and everyone in it."
"Terrible staff and child care. Too expensive and my two year old daughter would cry ever day I left her. She loves her new daycare so that's how I knew this place was horrible. Walked in one time on the teacher slapping a kid in their face, and when confronted she said ohh is ok is my daughter. If you have no respect for your own child imagine other parents children. This place is just terrible I would not recommend sending your child here for their own safety."
