"I want to thank the entire staff at Creative Play. I had a very quick turnaround to start my toddler at daycare after relocating to Charlotte. Veronica, Director, was extremely helpful and invited me in for a tour. She answered all questions I had and toured me through the daycare. Teachers were cleaning the classroom during nap which felt reassuring, especially in time of COVID. This was my daughters first time in a true daycare environment and of course she needed time to adjust. The teachers were always patient and informed me of how normal an adjustment period is. Today, about a month into daycare my daughter spoke of the fun she had with friends and her teacher Ms. Leticia/Letesha. She even asked to go back to school once we drive off. I give this facility my highest recommendation. 1yr update: With deep sadness I had to unenroll my daughter 8/31 due to relocating. I wanted to inform readers of this daycare that every single employee cares about their students. My daughter has grown smarter, happier, and more emotionally competent in the year she was in attendance at Creative Play. I am so sad we had to leave but if you’re reading this please know your child(ren) will be in amazing, loving and capable hands at Creative Play."

"My son has been with CreativePlay for a month and so far we are very happy there. We had originally decided to attend a daycare closer to our home but quickly they broke my trust. When your children are involved, you can rarely afford to give 2nd chances so even though CreativePlay is not in the best location for my family's needs, it has still been the right choice. While everyone else has astronomically long waitlists, CreativePlay was able to have my son join with little notice. The class sizes are small, the staff is friendly, and my sensitive little boy doesn't throw a fit about going. He tells us he had a good day every day. I also want to say that the staff is really responsive. Having been a teacher myself, I try not to pester them with questions and concerns but when I do, they respond quickly and work to figure things out for me. Thanks CreativePlay!"

"My son has been going to this center since last summer. He has done exceptionally well with his learning. I also commend the staff for keeping the center very clean. The daycare he came from didn’t do a good job and unfortunately he was sick with ear infections all the time. I am very happy that we were able to find this facility."
