"The staff are excellent at the front desk, however, I cannot forget how rude and cruel Dr. Harter was. He acted like he didn't want to even seen me by saying there were new providers in the office who needed patients and he had no idea why I was assigned to him. He questioned me to death like I was lying and treated me like a fat lazy slob. I just had a hip replacement and he ranted about the medication I am taking. My mental heath was completely dismissed as he constantly repeated that "happiness is not in a pill" and I need to learn to be happy. I just cannot get over the way I was treated."

"The actual care and service is excellent. But the phone system is horrible. Takes up to 20min to get transferred to the person you need to speak to, and then when you get there eventually they are busy. I am currently struggling and the frustration is burning in my throat!!!!"

"Dr Ian is amazing, unfortunately he is leaving. Front desk staff changes every time I’m there. It seemed I was irritating as I had to interrupt their conversation to get noticed. Don’t see a need to go back anymore. It’s corporate healthcare at its best. Parking is much better at the new office."
