"Highly disappointed. Had a terrible experience with Jessica Null . She was rude, impatient and unhelpful. Did not get better after round of antibiotics that were prescribed but getting back into see anybody has proven impossible. The minute I have an appointment with my primary it’s called and canceled. Will be looking for a new primary."

"I have been going here for a few years and for a person who doesn't have the best insurance, this is the best place to get the care I need. I wish they offered a little bit more of behavioral health options as they currently only offer crisis counseling. Recently I was seen my Miranda Ramsey, who is the main women's health nurse practitioner and she is one of the best nurse practitioners I've ever come across. She was kind, courteous, informative, and really cared about my health and getting routine checkups. I was very pleased."

"This group took over my doctor's office and have failed to meet my expectations. They rely heavily on automated phone technology, so speaking to human is almost impossible. If you have a problem do not let them put you on hold or forward you to someone, it will go to someones voicemail that never calls you back day of...my experience is 2-3 days later. Prescription management is horrible, I start trying to refill prescriptions now 10 days before I need something, because I have yet to have a prescription filled with out some issue. Do not expect to be able to fill all of your prescriptions on the day of your visit. The only thing I can really say positive is my PA, Shelly Smith is awesome, the rest of the organization fails to deliver a level of care the former group did."
