"I have tried for months to get an appointment. I was told when I called that they require a referral and it does not matter if my insurance does not require it. I got my PCM to send a in referral and I still cannot get an appointment. I filled out the form online and they still have not contacted me. I spoke with the office manager last week and he told me that the doctor picks who he sees and he would call me back between 1-3 pm tomorrow. No call yet. I spoke with my PCM two days ago and she told me that they had requested another referral for me. I have a paralized diaphragm, phrenic nerve damage and sleep apnea. I guess my case is too complicated for this practice."

"I took my Mom for an appointment that her doctor set up to check on her breathing. We were not impressed at all. The lady that did the breathing test and treadmill test treated my Mom like she was stupid. She had an attitude beyond belief. The doctor offered good advice, but kind of was more concerned with the students and such that were with him. (4 people) He didn't show much concern for my Mom and was very blunt about the advice he gave her. They need to have a more caring attitude. I would not recommend them."
"I totally recommend Dr. Graham and his staff! We had a very short wait in the waiting room. They all treated us kindly, and addressed every concern we had. They went the extra mile and quickly and efficiently gathered up my husband's medical records from other doctors to make sure they had a complete picture of what was going on with his health. Dr. Graham is very knowledgeable, has excellent communication skills, and shows proper concern for his patients' overall health. Thank you Dr. Graham and staff!"
