"I was excited to attend the Juneteenth festival however when I pulled up, the doors were locked and parking lot empty besides the few flea market vendors. I tried calling the center and was told “Miss Mo” locked up and left. There was no sign on the door. The event was supposed to be from 1 to 6 pm. I arrived at 2. It’s clear no event was ever happening. I went next door to where sports teams were playing and spoke to a man named Theo who had no idea what Juneteenth event was going. I was pretty disappointed considering all the hype around this event."

"It is funny because I have never read these reviews until a day ago. I dont have time to go through all of them but I would like to comment on the she had" kids begging for money because she was broke" We do more for our families than any other program in Raleigh. Second, all of our children are with us and have been for last seven years. We are doing our very best with upgrades, cleaning and trash after rentals who dont clean up. Everyone of my babies are with me and have been for a long time. They do not go without and never will. If anything we spoil our children and cover them with love. Over 95% of them move from elementary through college."

"This place literally looks abandoned. Theres dust and rust everywhere, do not send your kids here. The woman that is in charged of this place is very rude, selfish, and a liar. 1. She makes some of the kids and counselors go on the streets to ask for money because she was broke. 2. She was not watching one of the kids and next thing you know he crashes into the window and he had to go to the ER. 3. You can not trust anything this woman says. DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE"

"Do not take your child/children here. First off the woman that is in charge of this center is very rude. This place is very dirty and dusty and there's rust. Please do not come here"
