"I am pleasantly surprised every time, I go to this facility. Thursday, I had a small tumble while walking up the steps . One lady saw me fall & (this was pouring rain) before I knew it one lady came right out to help & I said I might need someone else, as I'm recovering from rotator cuff surgery. I wish I had everyone's name, they went above & beyond, to make sure I was comfortable, no major injuries. They catered to me , made my daughter & me, had everything we needed. If more companies treated their patients this well, instead of insurance and driver's license, we could have happier patients, that wouldn't dread going to the doctor or anyone else that is involved in Your case. You set the bar at this facility & you should be very proud of your TEAM! Thank You"

"I come here twice a year for a early detection/preventative breast MRI’s and I have always had a wonderful experience. From reception, to the nurse and the tech. I feel I am always well taken care of which is important when you’re going in for unnerving tests! The facility is clean and parking is never issue. I moved to Durham and I still drive to this location because I know to expect a positive appointment and experience."

"I have been coming to Wake Radiology for 55 years and the establishment has been efficient, courteous, and professional. However, To get an appointment at Wake Radiology has become more and more complicated and scheduling is very difficult…..so difficulty that I find that I am dreading scheduling more than I dread the Screening itself. Recently, My Chapel Hill Doctored ordered a Diagnostic Mammogram at Wake Radiology, I tried to make the appointment with the Scheduler and she (with very rude attitude)she told me that I didn’t need a Diagnostic but that I needed a Regular Mammogram! I was unable to schedule what my doctor had ordered."

"Was involved in an accident for which the at-fault driver’s insurance claimed responsibility. The ER to whom I was taken sent my X-Rays to Wake Radiology despite the injury not needing a radiology consult. I provided the insurer’s information to the hospital and to Wake Radiology when they began sending me bills. They refused to work with the insurer despite the insurer reaching out to them to pay the bill. They continued to harass me knowing that the price of lawsuit would not be worth me just paying the bill. They were paid twice for the needless reading of a shoulder X-Ray to confirm that it was no longer dislocated: by me to stop the harassment and by the insurer who claimed responsibility. Wake Radiology is the embodiment of the scam that is healthcare in this country."

"Spoke to billing department for a discount that should be process for some of my bills, but the representative ( anna B) got so upset and very defensive accusing me of wanted to get free service and accusing the insurance company of not knowing what they were talking about. Any way, I very uncomfortable talking to people who are disrespectful and rude. I think everybody should do the job they are getting paid for. If it's not enough compensation for the work performed, LEAVE, but customer/patients are not to be blamed for your work related frustration. I have never received anything free, and never, until today, have been late on bill payments!"
