"Women beware, you are not a healthcare professional. You don’t know what is going with your body at all and by assuming you do, you infuriate the health care professional of Med One Medical Group and they will fire you. You must come in every time you have any women’s issue. No way will they ever provide medicine over the phone for common feminine issues because they don’t have any health care professionals who can speak to the women over the phone, ask questions/ triage, and reasonably diagnose and therefore treat suspected simple issues which only affect their female population. Even if it’s a couple weeks before the holidays, they have no same day appointments, there’s traffic and you have other obligations. You’ll have to make time for a pelvic exam and wait for labcorp since they don’t have a microscope in house to evaluate. THEN, and only then will the health care professional of Med One Medical Group be able to definitively treat your symptoms. Because according to them, the only legal, just, and right way to treat common feminine issues is in person… and a woman with a pap on file and recent lab work could have some other vaginal condition which would otherwise kill her should she receive the wrong treatment first……"

"Been going here for years. I see Tyler and he is very knowledgeable and has helped me resolve medical issues many times. I've gotten my blood drawn several times here and never worry because the ladies that draw blood are really good at what they do and are very kind. The receptionists are super nice and make booking appointments smooth as butter too. I highly recommend the Med One group!"

"I really enjoyed my quality of care for my first few years here, however after my provider relocated (and maybe for good reasons), I have had such terrible experiences that have left me in tears. I did not even get notified that my provider had left their practice and that I was reassigned to an NP. I had my appointment dates and times switched up by staff without due notice. Front desk staff can sometimes come off as cold or distracted. But worst of all, my new provider, who admitted they're new to their practice and haven't really dealt with patient circumstances such as mine before, started changing up my health plan and medication(s) based off their personal opinion - without there being much of any receptive, mutualistic discourse. I'm left feeling so unheard, unsupported, and put in even more of a crisis (especially during the holiday season) than before me coming in seeking help."
