"The company they contract to handle their billing is so terrible that it completely negates any positive experience at this facility. I over paid in March of 2022 and they have been unsuccessfully trying to refund this for 21 months now. I've called in dozens of times, had the issue escalated, and yet no matter how many times they promise they will mail the refund check to us, they send it to our insurance company's address instead who then refuses it and mails it back to them. Over and over again. It's this never ending frustrating loop of incompetence. When I've called, Gastrointestinal Associates has refused to help straighten this out either, insisting on leaving their patients at the mercy of the awful billing company they chose to use."
